- God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart
and my portion forever. - God, the Lord, is my strength;
he makes my feet like the deer's;
he makes me tread on my high places. - Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually! - Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually! - May the Lord give strength to his people!
May the Lord bless his people with peace! - I love you, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength. - And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
- The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my song I give thanks to him. - Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.
- Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.
- And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
- Our God is in the heavens;
he does all that he pleases. - Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
- And to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- Behold, God is my helper;
the Lord is the upholder of my life. - Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord. And do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
- But they who wait for the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint. - Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.
- God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people whom he has chosen as his heritage! - What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- On God rests my salvation and my glory;
my mighty rock, my refuge is God.
But I will sing of your strength;
I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning.
For you have been to me a fortress
and a refuge in the day of my distress.And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.Next verse!With image
