- For thou art my rock and my fortress;
therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me. - The integrity of the upright shall guide them:
but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. - I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye. - A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:
he will guide his affairs with discretion. - Good and upright is the Lord:
therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
The meek will he guide in judgment:
and the meek will he teach his way. - Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:
for thou art the God of my salvation;
on thee do I wait all the day. - Order my steps in thy word:
and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
- And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.
- If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
- Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:
his praise endureth for ever.
For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God?
