Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.Every word of God has proved to be true; he is a shield to those who trust in him.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.He cried out, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” And with these words he breathed his last.

A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.The Lord makes a man’s steps secure when he approves of his conduct.

In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom. Having been made perfect, he became to all of those who obey him the author of eternal salvation.And when he had been made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him.
Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.The Lord is good, an unfailing refuge in a time of distress. He takes care of those who place their trust in him.
For Yahweh is our judge. Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king. He will save us.For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver. The Lord is our king; he is the one who will save us.
So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.Then, after he had spoken to them, the Lord Jesus was taken up into heaven, and there he took his place at the right hand of God.
He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”He said to them, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.You will again show us compassion and wash away our guilt; you will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.
Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.
So then the other disciple who came first to the tomb also entered in, and he saw and believed. For as yet they didn’t know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.Then the other disciple who had reached the tomb first also went inside, and he saw and believed. They still did not understand the Scripture indicating that he must rise from the dead.
But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”Jesus replied, “Blessed, rather, are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”
