Bible Verses about 'Learn'

  • I will praise you with an upright heart,
    when I learn your righteous rules.
  • Learn to do good;
    seek justice,
    correct oppression;
    bring justice to the fatherless,
    plead the widow's cause.
  • Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.
  • My soul yearns for you in the night;
    my spirit within me earnestly seeks you.
    For when your judgments are in the earth,
    the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
  • Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
  • Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.
  • What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
  • I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need.
  • I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them.
  • Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge,
    but he who hates reproof is stupid.
  • For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God.
  • For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
  • Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
  • Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
  • A fool despises his father's instruction,
    but whoever heeds reproof is prudent.

Random Bible Verse

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.Next verse!With image
