The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.
By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life.

All these things are gone forever.”
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.
Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.
The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?
Whoever keeps commandments keeps their life, but whoever shows contempt for their ways will die.Keep the commandments and keep your life; despising them leads to death.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.That is why he is the one who mediates a new covenant between God and people, so that all who are called can receive the eternal inheritance God has promised them. For Christ died to set them free from the penalty of the sins they had committed under that first covenant.
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life.
But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.But from there you will search again for the Lord your God. And if you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him.
But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.But now you are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life.
