- For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

- Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.
- By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
- You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. - And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
- The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
