But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.”
And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man. “At last!” the man exclaimed. “This one is bone from my bone, and flesh from my flesh! She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken from ‘man.’” This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?
It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in people.

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ, like putting on new clothes.

So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.In this way, I will show my greatness and holiness, and I will make myself known to all the nations of the world. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?
As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today. You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.
A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends.A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.
Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? Then what will you think if you see the Son of Man ascend to heaven again?
God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world.
How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word.

So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.So also Christ was offered once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. Better is the little that the righteous has than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous. It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the Lord takes care of the godly.
