| You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. | You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. |
| The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you. | Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. |

| If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him. | If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him. |

| If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. | If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. |
| And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. | Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. |
| He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. | Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. |
| When they had pasture, they were filled; They were filled and their heart was exalted; Therefore they forgot Me. | When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me. |
| But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. | May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. |
| The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. | The Lord will vindicate me; your love, Lord, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands. |
