Pride and arrogance and the way of evil
and perverted speech I hate. - In the path of your judgments,

your name and remembrance
are the desire of our soul. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all those who practice it have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - The integrity of the upright guides them,
but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them. - For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.
- For I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance.
