| And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof. | Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; they all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed. |

| We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth. | We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is only fitting, because your faith is increasing abundantly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another grows ever greater. |

| See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. | See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek what is good for one another and for all people. |
| But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. | But the one who endures to the end is the one who will be saved. |
| As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. | Therefore, concerning the eating of food sacrificed to idols, we know that an idol is nothing at all in the world, and that there is no God but one. |
| Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. | Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification. |
| I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. | I am not asking You to take them out of the world, but to keep them away from the evil one. |
| Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. | God raised up His Servant for you first, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways. |
