Therefore, do not allow anyone to pass judgment on you in regard to what you eat or drink, or about the observance of Festivals, New Moons, or Sabbaths. These are only a shadow of what is to come. While physical training has some value, the benefits of godliness are unlimited, since it holds out promise not only for this life but also for the life to come. 1 Timothy 4:8	For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. health obedience life

Do not envy a violent man or choose to emulate any of his ways. For the perverse man is an abomination to the Lord whose friendship is bestowed only upon the upright. Proverbs 3:31-32	Do not envy the oppressor, And choose none of his ways; For the perverse person is an abomination to the Lord, But His secret counsel is with the upright. trust righteousness planning
But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that the fact that you are fasting will not be obvious to others but only to your Father who is hidden.
