- When I am afraid,
I will put my trust in you. - Preserve me, God, for I take refuge in you.

Teach me your paths. - I will hurry, and not delay,
to obey your commandments. - He heals the broken in heart,
and binds up their wounds. - Depart from evil, and do good.
Seek peace, and pursue it. - But our God is in the heavens.
He does whatever he pleases. - Your word is a lamp to my feet,
and a light for my path. - Seek Yahweh and his strength.
Seek his face forever more. - I will walk in liberty,
for I have sought your precepts. - My soul rests in God alone.
My salvation is from him. - Our help is in Yahweh’s name,
who made heaven and earth. - I wait for Yahweh.
My soul waits.
I hope in his word. - Behold, God is my helper.
The Lord is the one who sustains my soul. - Let everything that has breath praise Yah!
Praise Yah! - You are my hiding place and my shield.
I hope in your word. - I cried to him with my mouth.
He was extolled with my tongue. - Deliver my soul, Yahweh, from lying lips,
from a deceitful tongue. - Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh,
who walks in his ways. - Turn my heart toward your statutes,
not toward selfish gain. - Keep your tongue from evil,
and your lips from speaking lies. - For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - Arise, Yahweh!
God, lift up your hand!
Don’t forget the helpless. - God will bless us.
All the ends of the earth shall fear him. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - My soul, wait in silence for God alone,
for my expectation is from him. - I delight to do your will, my God.
Yes, your law is within my heart. - Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me? - Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh,
since we have hoped in you. - For you, God, have tested us.
You have refined us, as silver is refined. - It is better to take refuge in Yahweh,
than to put confidence in man. - Yahweh is righteous in all his ways,
and gracious in all his works. - May he grant you your heart’s desire,
and fulfill all your counsel. - Salvation belongs to Yahweh.
May your blessing be on your people. Selah. - For you will light my lamp, Yahweh.
My God will light up my darkness. - Lord, all my desire is before you.
My groaning is not hidden from you. - Create in me a clean heart, O God.
Renew a right spirit within me. - So teach us to count our days,
that we may gain a heart of wisdom. - As the deer pants for the water brooks,
so my soul pants after you, God. - Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven,
whose sin is covered. - Praise Yahweh, my soul!
All that is within me, praise his holy name! - When I said, “My foot is slipping!”
Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up. - A man’s steps are established by Yahweh.
He delights in his way. - Make your face to shine on your servant.
Save me in your loving kindness. - For Yahweh’s word is right.
All his work is done in faithfulness. - I sought Yahweh, and he answered me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - I will never forget your precepts,
for with them, you have revived me. - My mouth shall be filled with your praise,
with your honor all day long. - I have chosen the way of truth.
I have set your ordinances before me.
