- And I will walk at liberty,
For I seek Your precepts. - I made haste, and did not delay
To keep Your commandments. - I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life. - Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path. - Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever,
For they are the rejoicing of my heart. - You are my hiding place and my shield;
I hope in Your word. - The entrance of Your words gives light;
It gives understanding to the simple. - Direct my steps by Your word,
And let no iniquity have dominion over me. - The entirety of Your word is truth,
And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. - Great peace have those who love Your law,
And nothing causes them to stumble. - Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips
And from a deceitful tongue. - I will lift up my eyes to the hills—
From whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. - He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber. - The Lord shall preserve you from all evil;
He shall preserve your soul.
The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in
From this time forth, and even forevermore. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. - Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the Lord guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain. - Blessed is every one who fears the Lord,
Who walks in His ways. - Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord;
Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications. - I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope. - Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity! - The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands. - O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off. - For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. - Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. - For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their cry. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”Next verse!With image
