Psalms 23 (7/9)

Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me.Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me.
The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal.
Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble.Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.
Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips And from a deceitful tongue.Save me, Lord, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber.
The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, Who walks in His ways.Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him.
Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord; Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord; Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.
I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope.I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. The Lord will vindicate me; your love, Lord, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands.
O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off.You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.
For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.
Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Hear my prayer, O Lord, Give ear to my supplications! In Your faithfulness answer me, And in Your righteousness.Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.
I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. SelahI spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land.
Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning, For in You do I trust; Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, For I lift up my soul to You.Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever.I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.

The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does.
