The powerful suffer want and go hungry, but those who seek the Lord want for no good thing.The young lions do without and suffer hunger; But they who seek the Lord will not lack any good thing.
Yet even if you should suffer for doing what is right, you are thereby blessed. Have no fear of others, and refuse to be intimidated by them.But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. And do not fear their intimidation, and do not be in dread.

The prudent man perceives danger and seeks shelter, while the simple continue forward and pay the penalty.A prudent person sees evil and hides himself; But the naive proceed, and pay the penalty.
It is better to have a little and fear the Lord than to possess immense wealth and suffer anguish.Better is a little with the fear of the Lord Than great treasure, and turmoil with the treasure.
He brought you low, allowing you to suffer from hunger. I consider that the sufferings we presently endure are not worth comparing with the glory to be revealed in us.For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so too, through Christ, do we receive our consolation.For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ.

But together with the trial he will also provide a way out and the strength to bear it.No temptation has overtaken you except something common to mankind; and God is faithful, so He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.
If you listen to the voice of the Lord, your God, and you do what is right in his sight, if you listen to his ordinances and observe all of his laws, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in His sight, and listen to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the Lord, am your healer.
You shall not hate your brother in your heart, nor shall you rebuke your brother in any way, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not seek vengeance nor bear a grudge against the children of your people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may certainly rebuke your neighbor, but you are not to incur sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor hold any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.
