- And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
- Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.
- I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
- The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime,
And in the night His song shall be with me—
A prayer to the God of my life. - For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for life;
Weeping may endure for a night,
But joy comes in the morning. - Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
- When goods increase,
They increase who eat them;
So what profit have the owners
Except to see them with their eyes? - When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it;
For He has no pleasure in fools.
Pay what you have vowed.
