For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account.For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. And they all ate and were satisfied. And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him.It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him.
Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets, but he who is trustworthy in spirit keeps a thing covered.A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
