God is our salvation. Selah - God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.
- Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful.
- Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- He will again have compassion upon us;
he will tread our iniquities under foot.
You will cast all our sins
into the depths of the sea. - Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
- Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
- So we have known and believe the love that God has for us.
God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them. - And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father's only son, full of grace and truth.
- Until a spirit from on high is poured out on us,
and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field is deemed a forest. - This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it. - Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall through such disobedience as theirs.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.
