How can a young man lead a spotless life? By living according to your word. | How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word. |
A highway will be there that will be called the Way of Holiness. No one who is unclean may pass over it; it will serve as a path for pilgrims and no fool will be able to use it. | And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there. |
Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. | Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. |
A man’s ways may seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart. | People may be right in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their heart. |
