O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. Psalm 139:1-2	O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. seeking thoughts understanding
For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it is past, And like a watch in the night. Psalm 90:4	For you, a thousand years are as a passing day, as brief as a few night hours. God life understanding

And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Matthew 6:7	When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. When goods increase, They increase who eat them; So what profit have the owners Except to see them with their eyes? Ecclesiastes 5:11	The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So what good is wealth—except perhaps to watch it slip through your fingers! materialism money desires
And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10	When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before! prayer blessing money
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:10	That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:9	In the night I search for you; in the morning I earnestly seek you. For only when you come to judge the earth will people learn what is right. righteousness judgment learning
But He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and not turned aside. Job 23:10-11	But he knows where I am going. And when he tests me, I will come out as pure as gold. For I have stayed on God’s paths; I have followed his ways and not turned aside. blameless righteousness
But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved). Ephesians 2:4-5	But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them” Ecclesiastes 12:1	Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and say, “Life is not pleasant anymore.” creation life joy
Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. James 1:12	God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. reward temptation life
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! Psalm 133:1	How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony! friendship community family

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
