No one who conceals his transgressions will prosper, but one who confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy. He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
If anyone is rich in worldly possessions and sees a brother in need but refuses to open his heart, how can the love of God abide in him?But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?

One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him.

Give to everyone who begs from you, and do not demand the return of what is yours from the one who has taken it.Give to everyone who asks you, and don’t ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again.
If anyone wishes to serve me, he must follow me. Where I am, there also will my servant be. If anyone serves me, my Father will honor that person. If anyone serves me, let him follow me. Where I am, there my servant will also be. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.
A patient man shows good sense, but a quick-tempered man displays the height of folly. He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a quick temper displays folly.
For everyone born of God conquers the world. And the victory that conquers the world is our faith. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith.
