Do not weary yourself to gain wealth; Stop dwelling on it.Don’t weary yourself to be rich. In your wisdom, show restraint.
Do not say, “Why is it that the former days were better than these?” For it is not from wisdom that you ask about this.Don’t say, “Why were the former days better than these?” For you do not ask wisely about this.
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
Through overconfidence comes nothing but strife, But wisdom is with those who receive counsel.Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is with people who take advice.
