| Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ Or shall your handiwork say, ‘He has no hands’? | Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker, those who are nothing but potsherds among the potsherds on the ground. Does the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you making?’ Does your work say, ‘The potter has no hands’? |
| The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it. | The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it. |

| Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?
