- “Now, therefore,” says the Lord,
“Turn to Me with all your heart,
With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” - Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
- With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love.
- ‘And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
- Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
- This is a faithful saying:
For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him. - So he answered and said, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’ ”
- Let my mouth be filled with Your praise
And with Your glory all the day. - Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase. - For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor You will surround him as with a shield. - But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”
- But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
- May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us.
- I cried to Him with my mouth,
And He was extolled with my tongue. - Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
- Better is a little with the fear of the Lord,
Than great treasure with trouble. - Better is a little with righteousness,
Than vast revenues without justice. - These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.
- And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- Go, eat your bread with joy,
And drink your wine with a merry heart;
For God has already accepted your works. - For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- I have made a covenant with my eyes;
Why then should I look upon a young woman? - Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?
- With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful;
With a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.Next verse!With image
