- The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
- And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you remain in Him.
- Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
- And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
- I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
- Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
- In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
- So then, be careful how you walk, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.
- Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”
- Therefore you shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
- Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people, knowing that it is from the Lord that you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
- For just as we have many parts in one body and all the body’s parts do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually parts of one another.
- And do not go on presenting the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body’s parts as instruments of righteousness for God.
- As iron sharpens iron,
So one person sharpens another. - But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
- This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you.
- For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
- I love the Lord, because He hears
My voice and my pleas.
Because He has inclined His ear to me,
Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live. - Now the brother or sister of humble circumstances is to glory in his high position; but the rich person is to glory in his humiliation, because like flowering grass he will pass away.
- He will cover you with His pinions,
And under His wings you may take refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and wall. - As for God, His way is blameless;
The word of the Lord is refined;
He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. - As he came naked from his mother’s womb, so he will return as he came. He will take nothing from the fruit of his labor that he can carry in his hand.
- The Lord also restored the fortunes of Job when he prayed for his friends, and the Lord increased double all that Job had.
- As for God, His way is blameless;
The word of the Lord is refined;
He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. - But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.
Therefore produce fruit consistent with repentance. Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will follow My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.”Next verse!With image
