Bible Verses about 'Cast out demons'

  • Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give.
  • You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder.
  • You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men.
  • Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
  • Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”
Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.
  • If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
  • He will again have compassion on us.
He will tread our iniquities under foot.
You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
  • Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
  • Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they exclude and mock you, and throw out your name as evil, for the Son of Man’s sake.

and I will save the house of Joseph.
    I will bring them back,
for I have mercy on them.
They will be as though I had not cast them off,
for I am Yahweh their God, and I will hear them.
  • Why are you in despair, my soul?
Why are you disturbed within me?
Hope in God! For I shall still praise him,
the saving help of my countenance, and my God.
  • The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings out that which is good, and the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings out that which is evil, for out of the abundance of the heart, his mouth speaks.
  • For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he shall have whatever he says.

and saved him out of all his troubles.
  • I spread out my hands to you.
My soul thirsts for you, like a parched land. Selah.
  • I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out and will find pasture.
  • Turn at my reproof.
Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you.
I will make known my words to you.
  • Out of the same mouth comes blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.
  • Out of my distress, I called on Yah.
    Yah answered me with freedom.
  • A truthful witness will not lie,
but a false witness pours out lies.
  • Yahweh said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power. Only on himself don’t stretch out your hand.” So Satan went out from the presence of Yahweh.
  • I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
  • Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.
    Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.
  • He who walks blamelessly walks surely,
but he who perverts his ways will be found out.

Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
