- Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
- Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
- And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
- Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
- Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
- Cast thy burden upon the Lord,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer
the righteous to be moved. - Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
- He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us;
he will subdue our iniquities;
and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
- Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph,
and I will bring them again to place them;
for I have mercy upon them:
and they shall be as though I had not cast them off:
for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them. - For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
- Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
- A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
- This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles. - I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
- I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
- Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
- And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one.
- Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
- Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
Lord, hear my voice:
let thine ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications. - God setteth the solitary in families:
he bringeth out those which are bound with chains:
but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. - I stretch forth my hands unto thee:
my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. - Many are the afflictions of the righteous:
but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
