Fruit of the spirit (4/4) Blessed is the one whom God corrects; The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; Arise, shine, for your light has come,ord rises upon you. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, Speak up and judge fairly; Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes. The lips of the righteous know what finds favor, May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty. The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless, Some trust in chariots and some in horses,ord our God. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him. Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord , I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
