Fully rely on God (4/4)

  • And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
  • For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.
  • No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.
  • For with God nothing shall be impossible.
  • For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
  • They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
  • In God I will praise his word,
    in God I have put my trust;
    I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
  • Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
    I will wait for the God of my salvation:
    my God will hear me.
  • And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
  • Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.
  • And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
  • Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
  • If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
  • Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
  • Preserve me, O God:
    for in thee do I put my trust.
  • Teach me to do thy will;
    for thou art my God:
    thy spirit is good;
    lead me into the land of uprightness.
  • My doctrine shall drop as the rain,
    my speech shall distil as the dew,
    as the small rain upon the tender herb,
    and as the showers upon the grass.
  • Can a woman forget her sucking child,
    that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?
    yea, they may forget,
    yet will I not forget thee.
    Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands;
    thy walls are continually before me.
  • The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:
    a broken and a contrite heart,
    O God, thou wilt not despise.
  • For there is not a word in my tongue,
    but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
  • For the mountains shall depart,
    and the hills be removed;
    but my kindness shall not depart from thee,
    neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed,
    saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
  • No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
  • Blessed are the pure in heart:
    for they shall see God.
  • Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.
  • And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
