- For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
- Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

- You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

male and female he created them. - The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.
- Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
- But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
- For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
- After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.
- God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
- Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.”
- For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.
- These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
- I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
- May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
- For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
- Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.
- Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.
Do not remember the sins of my youth

for you, Lord, are good. - Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
- The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
- Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.
