- Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land,
you who do what he commands.
Seek righteousness, seek humility;
perhaps you will be sheltered

- Before a downfall the heart is haughty,

- Fools show their annoyance at once,
but the prudent overlook an insult. - The Lord will vindicate me;
your love, Lord, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands. - Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
- How can a young person stay on the path of purity?
By living according to your word. - “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
- I keep my eyes always on the Lord.
With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. - These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
