- For so the Lord has commanded us:

That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ - And they put up over His head the accusation written against Him:
THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS. - But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
- The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
Pride and arrogance and the evil way
And the perverse mouth I hate. - Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the Lord,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. - Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke? - Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.
- For the Lord is our Judge,
The Lord is our Lawgiver,
The Lord is our King;
He will save us. - Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
- God shall bless us,
And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him. - Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed.
