Bible Verses about 'Trouble'
- God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble. - The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble. - The Lord is good,
a refuge in times of trouble.
He cares for those who trust in him. - You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance. - Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
- Better a little with the fear of the Lord
than great wealth with turmoil. - But I will sing of your strength,
in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
my refuge in times of trouble. - I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
- Remember your Creator
in the days of your youth,
before the days of trouble come
and the years approach when you will say,
“I find no pleasure in them”. - Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
- This poor man called, and the Lord heard him;
he saved him out of all his troubles. - The blessing of the Lord brings wealth,
without painful toil for it. - Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
- Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.
- Walk with the wise and become wise,
for a companion of fools suffers harm. - The righteous person may have many troubles,
but the Lord delivers him from them all. - If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up. - For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
- So then, banish anxiety from your heart
and cast off the troubles of your body,
for youth and vigor are meaningless. - Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
- Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
- The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;
he delivers them from all their troubles.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
So then, about eating food sacrificed to idols: We know that “An idol is nothing at all in the world” and that “There is no God but one.” So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.Next verse!With image
