Worship God (2/4)

If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.Protect me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. The sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.Because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to degrading passions. Their women exchanged natural intercourse for unnatural, and in the same way also the men, giving up natural intercourse with women, were consumed with passion for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in their own persons the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind and to things that should not be done.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God all things are possible.”
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. For we are God's servants, working together; you are God's field, God's building.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.
Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who maintains covenant loyalty with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.
Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.Yet I have been the Lord your God ever since the land of Egypt; you know no God but me, and besides me there is no savior.
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.No one, when tempted, should say, “I am being tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil and he himself tempts no one.
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. Our God is in the heavens; he does whatever he pleases.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.
Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul. But surely, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses. And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families.
Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.Rise up, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand; do not forget the oppressed.
My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known.
