- However, God has revealed these things to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit explores everything, even the depths of God.
- What is born of the flesh is flesh,
and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. - All those who keep his commandments abide in him,
and he abides in them.
And the proof that he abides in us
is the Spirit that he has given us. - Nevertheless, I am telling you the truth:
it is better for you that I depart.
For if I do not go away,
the Advocate will not come to you,
whereas if I go,
I will send him to you.
