Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. | Who among you is wise and understanding? Prove by your good life that your works are done with the humility that comes from wisdom. |
For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. | For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disharmony and every type of wickedness. |
