Jesus (4/8)

  • If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.
  • Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”
  • However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first, Jesus Christ might display all his patience for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life.
  • The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
  • He who testifies these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
    Amen! Yes, come, Lord Jesus!
  • Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work.
  • For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • For as the sufferings of Christ abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Christ.
  • To whom God was pleased to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
  • I am the living bread which came down out of heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. Yes, the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
  • Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!”
  • In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.
  • Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen.
  • For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
  • Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.
  • Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
  • If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
  • He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne.
  • Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
  • The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s love, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
  • But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which on better promises has been given as law.
  • Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
  • Whoever denies the Son doesn’t have the Father. He who confesses the Son has the Father also.
  • They set up over his head the accusation against him written, “THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
  • Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full.
