- The law of the Lord is perfect,
reviving the soul;
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. - I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.
- Does he who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you do so by works of the law, or by hearing with faith?
- So you shall keep my commandments and do them: I am the Lord.
- I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and be careful to obey my rules, and keep my Sabbaths holy that they may be a sign between me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
- Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
who greatly delights in his commandments! - But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction.

- And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
- Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
- Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.
- If anyone sins, doing any of the things that by the Lord's commandments ought not to be done, though he did not know it, then realizes his guilt, he shall bear his iniquity.
- You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies and his statutes, which he has commanded you.
- The sum of your word is truth,
and every one of your righteous rules endures forever. - If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
- And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.
- I will never forget your precepts,
for by them you have given me life. - In the path of your judgments,
O Lord, we wait for you;
your name and remembrance
are the desire of our soul. - We have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules.
- There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?
- You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
- You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.
- Incline my heart to your testimonies,
and not to selfish gain! - I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and will give to your offspring all these lands. And in your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
- Your testimonies are my heritage forever,
for they are the joy of my heart.
