to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? - He will again have compassion on us.
He will tread our iniquities under foot.
You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. - But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
being small among the clans of Judah,
out of you one will come out to me who is to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times.
