Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
And being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him.And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.
Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.
Restore us, O Lord God of hosts! Let your face shine, that we may be saved!Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
