| Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. | Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. |

| Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. | But the free gift is not like the trespass.
