- For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”
- For Yahweh is our judge.
Yahweh is our lawgiver.
Yahweh is our king.
He will save us. - Guide me in your truth, and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation.
I wait for you all day long. - For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.
- Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

and to revive the heart of the contrite.” - Salvation belongs to Yahweh.
May your blessing be on your people. Selah. - For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever will lose his life for my sake and the sake of the Good News will save it.
- Who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.

- But as for me, I will look to Yahweh.
I will wait for the God of my salvation.
My God will hear me. - How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news,
who publishes peace,
who brings good news,
who proclaims salvation,
who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” - Turn us again, Yahweh God of Armies.
Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved. - He alone is my rock, my salvation, and my fortress.
I will never be greatly shaken. - As newborn babies, long for the pure spiritual milk, that with it you may grow.
- He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
- My times are in your hand.
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
