- I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears. - Then He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude. So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.
- As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
- Mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.
- If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
- And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.
- But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.
- And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.
- Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
- So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- Then Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshiped. And he said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
And naked shall I return there.
The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away;
Blessed be the name of the Lord.” - So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
- Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you.
- Then you will understand righteousness and justice,
Equity and every good path. - And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”
- And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
- For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me. - Open your mouth, judge righteously,
And plead the cause of the poor and needy. - The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein. - For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
- The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
Pride and arrogance and the evil way
And the perverse mouth I hate. - He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions.
