- And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
“Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!” - Depart from evil and do good;
Seek peace and pursue it. - By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life. - Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
- Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

And turn back to the Lord. - We have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.
- For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
- Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
- Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.

- So we fasted and entreated our God for this, and He answered our prayer.

- So rend your heart, and not your garments;
Return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger, and of great kindness;
And He relents from doing harm. - And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
- You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.
- I will extol You, my God, O King;

Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. - God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
- The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.
- I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
- Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

- Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting. - But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. - Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. - Defend the poor and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and needy. - I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears. - Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.
- Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.
- He who follows righteousness and mercy
Finds life, righteousness, and honor. - As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.

“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
And naked shall I return there.
The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away;
Blessed be the name of the Lord.” - The Lord makes poor and makes rich;
He brings low and lifts up.
