- Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you.

but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. - God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.
- The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
when he delights in his way. - Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good?
- And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.
- Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and I shall be saved,
for you are my praise. - Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God!
Let your good Spirit lead me
on level ground! - Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
but the Lord delivers him out of them all. - The Rock, his work is perfect,
for all his ways are justice.
A God of faithfulness and without iniquity,
just and upright is he. - Many are the plans in the mind of a man,
but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand. - So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone.
