  • Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool that he may become wise.

  • The hands of the diligent ones shall rule,
    but laziness ends in slave labor.
  • He answered, “Haven’t you read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh’? So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.”
  • By which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.
  • One who walks with wise men grows wise,
    but a companion of fools suffers harm.
  • In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will be my disciples.
  • Do all things without complaining and arguing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without defect in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world, holding up the word of life.
  • But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.
  • You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
  • “Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh:
    “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.
    Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”
  • Yahweh will be King over all the earth. In that day Yahweh will be one, and his name one.
