Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus. I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another. For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord . Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord , and his name one. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
