Who but our God is a solid rock? - May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people.
- We can make our plans,
but the Lord determines our steps. - It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in people. - Search for the Lord and for his strength;
continually seek him. - For who is God except the Lord?
Who but our God is a solid rock? - The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear.
What can mere people do to me? - And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear him so he can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as he has done to this day.
- For whoever finds me finds life
and receives favor from the Lord. - Now this is what the Lord says to the family of Israel:
“Come back to me and live!” - I am counting on the Lord;
yes, I am counting on him.
I have put my hope in his word. - Commit your actions to the Lord,
and your plans will succeed. - The Lord is righteous in everything he does;
he is filled with kindness. - The Lord makes some poor and others rich;
he brings some down and lifts others up. - I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me.
He freed me from all my fears. - Seek the Lord while you can find him.
Call on him now while he is near. - I said to the Lord, “You are my Master!
Every good thing I have comes from you.” - Instead, let us test and examine our ways.
Let us turn back to the Lord. - Praise the Lord; praise God our savior!
For each day he carries us in his arms. - This is the day the Lord has made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it. - So be strong and courageous,
all you who put your hope in the Lord! - The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble. - For the word of the Lord holds true,
and we can trust everything he does. - Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you your heart’s desires. - Joyful are people of integrity,
who follow the instructions of the Lord.
