- Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
- For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
- But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
- But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant.
- Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
- And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
- For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
- For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
- For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
- Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
- And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
- Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
- Grant thee according to thine own heart,
and fulfil all thy counsel. - For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
- For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
- The desire of a man is his kindness:
and a poor man is better than a liar. - For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
- How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
- Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:
but the just shall live by his faith. - For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
- And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
- Yea, in the way of thy judgments,
O Lord, have we waited for thee;
the desire of our soul is to thy name,

For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.Next verse! With image
