| I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. | I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. |
| Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock. | Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock. |
| For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have. | For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. |
